Brief

A retail chain wanted a ready-to-give winter gift set that would sell without extra merchandising effort during the holidays.

What we did

• Assembled slipper-and-sock sets in a printed rigid gift box
• Developed four box colourways for the gifting aisle
• Ran a drop test on the packed box for transport safety
• Produced 7,200 sets across the colourways

Outcome

The sets sold ahead of forecast and returned as a fixed gifting line the following winter.
