About Us
We are a winter-only slipper factory in Cixi, Ningbo. Every line we run is built around warmth: sherpa and fleece linings, insulated closed-toe uppers and shock-absorbing indoor soles. We help importers, retailers and private-label buyers move from a sketch or a sample to a full container of cold-weather footwear, with dependable sampling, inspection and seasonal shipping.
We make one category and we have made it for a long time: winter slippers. Fleece and sherpa lined, memory foam cushioned, bootie and clog shapes for kids and adults — cut, stitched, bonded and packed in our own workshop in Cixi, Ningbo. That means when we quote a price, the person quoting it has stood on the production floor that has to deliver it.
Most of what goes wrong with cold-weather footwear is decided long before production: a lining weight that feels warm in the sample room but thin in a cold snap, a colour that will not repeat, a sole bond that fails in the wash, a carton that wastes half a container. We would rather spend an extra round on samples than ship a winter range you have to discount in January.
What we get right
-

Winter Material Control
Every lining we use is measured and logged. Fleece runs 260–400 GSM, sherpa 300–340 GSM, and each batch is checked for warmth retention, colourfastness and pilling before it reaches the line. That is how a winter slipper still feels warm in February. -

Thermal Testing and QC
We run in-house checks on lining weight, sole flex and bonding strength, and we commission third-party slip and abrasion reports on request. Cold-weather footwear lives or dies on warmth and grip, so both are tested before shipment. -

Fast Sampling and Tooling
Our Cixi sample room turns a sketch or a reference shoe into a wearable winter sample in 7–10 days. Existing lasts and moulds cover most plush, bootie and clog shapes, so first-round tooling is often not needed at all. -

Seasonal Logistics
Winter orders land on a calendar. We plan production in waves, hold capacity for reorders, and ship from Ningbo or Shanghai with cartons marked to your plan. Barcodes, hangtags and mixed-size cartons are handled before the container leaves the factory.
