An e-commerce seller needed a broad winter slipper range quickly, with SKU-level barcodes and packaging that could be shipped straight to customers.

What we did

  • Built a six-SKU range across plush, fleece and memory foam categories
  • Applied unique barcodes and size labels per SKU
  • Designed outer cartons for pallet-free parcel handling
  • Held a 500-pair reorder buffer per SKU

Outcome

The seller launched in time for the winter rush and used the buffer to refill its best sellers mid-season.
